Happy Tuesday all... This week is insanely busy:  catching up from the holiday weekend and getting lots accomplished.

Currently inspired by brights ...going to attempt to incorporate some color into my week, in an effort to make my everyday tasks a little more fun.

Note to self is a new favorite blog of mine- it is incredibly well designed and always has amazing photos and content.

Currently, she is doing a series called a month of thanks... in which she posts daily: "today I am thankful for".

The lay out is GORGEOUS... very clean and simple and to the point... and continuously inspires me to think about all the things I have to be thankful for...

They are officially everywhere.  Once reserved for random bars and hunting lodges, antlers seem to have made it into every area of interiors... and I have to say, I don't hate them.  For a while I was unsure and not really a fan...but with all the awesome options out there, I think I may need to acquire a pair soon.

Ahhh the possibilities!  Lucite, hand-painted, weathered...as a coffee table / fireplace conversation piece, hung on a wall or as a light fixture.  What do you think?

There's nothing like a little sparkle to brighten a Monday... and with the holidays fast approaching (I'm very much a Christmas music the day after Halloween kind of girl) I am trying to inject as much sparkle as possible into every hour of the day.  I can't wait for all of the window displays to go up and twinkling lights to be wrapped around everything that stands still... New York turns into such a magical place (well... on side streets and away from tourist central) and it is absolutely my most favorite time of year.  This weekend I got around to reading the latest Lonny and was so inspired by Susan Becher's apartment - I keep going back to look at it over and over again, and find more things to love each time!  You have to look at the entire spread, but here's one image I adore:

Gorgeous, right?  I love the simplicity... nothing too over the top, but twinkly and celebration-ready all the same.
