There is something about summer that always gets me in the mood to make jewelry- specifically friendship bracelets.  Perhaps this is left over from my days of art camp craft circles, when seemingly endless piles of embroidery thread, beads, and charms were at my disposal.  True to form, summer is here and I'm officially craving new bracelets....and so, these three projects from HonestlyWTF may have to happen this weekend.  I'm already thinking about neon threads and rhinestones galore... because is there really any other way to throw an arm party?

With a dreamy, sun-drenched holiday weekend behind me, I am starting the week (coffee-in-hand) fresh-faced and ready to jump full-speed ahead into summer courses and long to-do lists... wishing I was running around in any of these gorgeous heels- from the (inevitably) insanely amazing Fall 2012 collaboration of Manolo Blahnik and J Crew.

Yesterday was busy busy...full of non-stop movement and to-do lists a mile long.  No particular shoes were calling my name, perhaps due to the fickle weather we're having (rain one minute, sun the next...and now back to rain.)  So, even though it's not officially shoesday, I stumbled upon this photo in my early morning blog catch up and had to share since yesterday's post never materialized.  Really wish that skirt and boots combo was my outfit for the day.  A sort of "take that!" to the weather...effortless, playful, comfy and chic all at the same time.
